Return Policy
Our return policy is simple: If you're not happy, we'll make it right. We have a 60-day return or exchange policy for all of our products; so you can be you can feel confident in your purchase.
If after receiving your new cookware and decide it's not for you, just contact us and we'll set you up with a return label. You'll be refunded the full purchase price minus the original shipping and handling costs; if applicable.
The 60-day return or exchange window begins upon delivery of your order. All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Please note that used items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping Policy
We aim to complete orders within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) at MasterPRO. You will get an order confirmation email after we have received your purchase, followed by another notification from MasterPRO once your order has been dispatched. If any unexpected delays occur, we'll do our best to contact and inform you on the status of your order.
We partner with major national carriers for delivery. Please keep in mind that MasterPRO is not responsible for shipping delays incurred by our partners. We fully support the hardworking team of drivers on their behalf. We also understand how inconvenient and frustrating shipping delays can be.
